Our Story

Back in 2000, the Dolak family started out on our boot sales journey, taking over a local shoe store in the Janss Marketplace that had been in business since 1960. At the time, the store was a dealership for a popular work boot brand based in Minnesota, as well as a one of the Conejo Valley’s leading shoe repair shops.  

In 2020, with COVID closures, inventory shortages and other business challenges, it was time to make a change. In order to better serve our community, we decided to bring in a more diverse selection of work boots and make the store a multi-brand shoe store. The idea for Wildwood Boots was born.  

Since day one, our goal has been to bring quality work boots, accessories, and repair services to the Conejo Valley. Our new multi-brand store is offering shoes from premium brands, quality shoe care products, gifts, and accessories.

Our repair shop is also ready to meet all your shoe care needs from polishing and resoling to boot customization.
